Driving School Relationships
Con-way Truckload works with some of the country's top truck driving schools and has programs to help bring new drivers into our system.
Flexibility
In addition to our national routes, Con-way Truckload offers regional routes in the Midwest, Midsouth and Northeast, so we can more easily match drivers with the road experience they're looking for.
Orientation
Drivers may attend orientation in:
- Joplin, Missouri
- Chattanooga, Tennessee
- Columbus, Ohio
- Jacksonville, Florida
- Lancaster, Texas
- Phoenix, Arizona
- Taylor, Michigan
Each driver receives $25 for each day of orientation upon successful completion of the program. Con-way Truckload pays for motel room charges.
Driver Referral
Truckload drivers receive up to a $2,000 bonus for each experienced company or owner-operator driver (teams count as two) hired/leased as a result of your referral.
